¹ All times are based on working days.

² Orders placed before 15:00 will be dispatched the same working day. All orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the following working day.

Following the introduction of EURP legislation, we no longer deliver to the European Union.

At Hemway, we know how important your order is. As such, we insure all of our deliveries. This means that you can have complete peace of mind, knowing that if anything goes wrong, we'll sort it out.

Here are a few things we recommend when receiving your order:

• Once you have received your delivery, check your item as soon as convenient – even if you're not planning to use it straight away. Make sure you're happy with the colour, quantity and overall suitability of the product. Check you have everything you need for your job.
• If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your item, you can return it for a refund.
• Please be advised we are unable to deliver to any type of Box address. Please ensure all orders are addressed to a residential/ Business address.
